Dispatch Times

Most of our products are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – £3.99

Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

In some cases, larger items may be sent with an alternative courier.
 

Express Delivery – £6.99

Your order will be prioritised for dispatch as quickly as possible (usually within 1–3 working days).

Delivered via a Next Day Delivery service, who aim to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Non-Delivered Goods

If your item does not arrive, we may ask you to allow 15 working days before we resend it.
If an item is returned to us because it was not collected or a redelivery was not arranged, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

Delivery of Goods

We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

If a product is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within the stated times.

If an item is out of stock, we aim to dispatch within 14 days and will always deliver within 28 days of your order.

If we cannot dispatch your item within these timeframes, we will notify you. You may choose to cancel your order for a full refund.

Once delivered, the goods become your responsibility. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not passed on to you after delivery to the address you provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
