We deliver worldwide via our chosen courier services. Dispatch times are indicative and may vary based on stock and location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• Express Delivery: Prioritised dispatch, delivered faster via tracked courier service.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, redelivery charges may apply. Contact us within 30 days if delivery fails.

We aim to provide high-quality products. Personalised/custom items cannot be returned unless faulty. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days (UK only).
